Kit includes a banneton/loaf pan, scraper, scoring knife, sourdough starter. You will also take home a loaf to be baked.

Class details
Javiera is a professional bread baker who studied at the renowned International Culinary Center in New York. She opened Vituperio, with the goal of creating a place to learn about bread and to teach home bakers how to confidently make artisan breads.
